Assistant Branch Manager
(Hotel Section)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall supervision, customer relations, administration, financial, and management system of the Hotel.

  • Accountable for hotel quality control, enhancement and operations, and maintenance of hotel for maximum guests’ satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma

  • Able to speak English, Malay & Mandarin

  • Computer literate

  • Good problem solving and analytical skills, customer oriented, possess outgoing personality.

  • Proactive working attitude with good organizational skills, commitment and responsible.

  • Possess good interpersonal with strong communication skills.

  • Cheerful personality, self motivated, highly initiative, ambitious, meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Pleasant disposition with strong leadership qualities

  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Admin Assistant
(Hotel Section)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administration, financial, operational and maintenance of the Hotel.

  • Ensure the daily sales received from front office tally with the reports

  • Payment checking

  • Provide the following reports to account department:

    • Daily sales report & check list

    • Daily cheque & cash collected submission report

    • Other related reports

  • Prepare reports on request basis from management

  • Keep track of maintenance works scheduling

  • Preparation of quotation to guests.

  • Attend to customer calls and queries

Requirements

  • Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia (ability to converse in other Chinese dialects or foreign languages will definitely be an added advantage)

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer requests and complaints tactfully

  • Keen sense of responsibility and commitment

  • Outgoing and pleasant personality

  • Able to work independently and on shifts

  • Willing to take extra effort to ensure that guests expectations are met

  • Able to perform other relevant duties as and when required

Front Office Supervisor/ Assistant
(Hotel Section)

i) Front Office Assistant

  • The successful candidate will be performing check-in, check out and cashiering functions. In addition, the candidate will be expected to handle telephone calls, reservations, and monitor maintenance works.

ii) Front Office Supervisor

The incumbent will be supervising all front office and reservation duties, which includes

  • handling guest communications and comments;

  • ensuring that standard operating procedures and policies are being followed;

  • staff’s discipline and motivation;

  • scheduling of staff;

  • inventory control;

  • Monitor and control maintenance tools, stores, equipments;

  • staff training needs; and

  • compiling reports as required.

Requirements
